WHAT EXACTLY IS SHAKTI RISE IMMERSION?

This is a 6-week global immersion for women dedicated to exploring the rise of feminine consciousness and how it relates to your everyday life. We’ll define the feminine and understand how it moves within you to bring limiting patterns to the surface so they burn off so you can harness your creative genius.

What You'll Learn in Shakti Rise Immersion:

  IN WEEK 1, WE’LL HAVE A LIVE GROUP CALL WITH OUR SHAKTI IMMERSION TRIBE

  We will answer the question “where is the goddess?”

  Maybe you’ve felt her rise within and those limiting beliefs are holding her back. Through establishing a regular meditation practice together, those blocks will come to the surface and you’ll begin to experience more flow and freedom of expression in your life.

  We’ll define Shakti and through myth and practice, you’ll discover your unique goddess, where she’s been and why now is the time for her to come back.

  You’ll have my breakthrough exercises to excavate the blocks and discover what it means to respect life force.

  DISCUSSION, MYTH, ASANA PRACTICE, CHANTING

  In the next 4 weeks, we’ll discuss Hindu goddesses, myth and asana practice plus chanting dedicated to understanding the specific traits and discovering how Goddess Lore can help you define your genius.

  You’ll have insight into what you’re best at, what your passions are and how to take the next step to manifest your creations in the world.

  GROUNDBREAKING AND UNIQUE ELEMENT: We will video this portion of the program and the online Shakti Immersion Tribe will have the entire practice the next day to practice too.

  EVERYONE IN SHAKTI RISE IMMERSION will have access to the practices on the exclusive membership site 24/7. This is SO cool!
